League winners and cup winners from the previous season gain automatic entry into the tournament. Teams with the most overall points will recieve invitations to complete the field. Teams will be seeded on their accomplishments the previous season and the points that they have accumulated at the end of week 1. MFLS Open Cup starts on MFLS week 5.
